Green walkways back to plain concrete.

South Texas humidity and shade grow algae and mildew on anything that stays damp: north-facing walkways, pool decks, the brick under a gutter. It shows up as a green or black film that gets slippery when it rains. Pressure washing takes it back to bare concrete.

Not everything should be hit with high pressure. Vinyl siding, painted trim and older brick get soft washed instead, with a cleaning solution and low pressure, so the dirt comes off and the surface underneath doesn't. One of our customers had the vinyl on her mobile home soft washed and wrote that it was still bright white months later.

What it costs

We give a free written estimate before we start. The price depends on the square footage, how dirty the surface is, and whether it needs pressure washing or a soft wash. There is a 10% military discount.
